Type of Data Processed
Visiting or consulting the Website does not usually entail the collection and processing of personal data of the User, except for the “navigation data” and cookies, as detailed below. In accordance with its Privacy Policy, Actim might also collect the User’s personal data held by third parties.

Art. 16 – right to obtain the correction of data in case of inaccuracy;

Art. 17 – right to obtain deletion of data (“right to oblivion”);

Art. 18 – right to obtain the limitation of the processing of data;

Art. 19 – obligation to notify in the event of rectification or deletion of data or limitation of their treatment;

Art. 20 – right to obtain data portability;

Art. 21 – right to oppose the processing of data;

In case of violation of any provisions of these articles, the data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority.
