Type of Data Processed
Visiting or consulting the Website does not usually entail the collection and processing of personal data of the User, except for the “navigation data” and cookies, as detailed below. In accordance with its Privacy Policy, Actim might also collect the User’s personal data held by third parties.
In the sections of the Website where the User’s personal data are collected, a specific information notice is available, according to the recommendations of the GDPR. Wherever established by the GDPR, the User’s consent will be requested before proceeding to process their personal data. Purposes and Methods of Data Processing
Actim may process your personal data for the following purposes: for example, but not limited to, managing user communications; management of information requests; communications; application management; execution of contractual or pre-contractual relationships, as well as for the fulfillment of specific legal or tax obligations arising therefrom. To this end, your explicit consent to each individual processing operation is not required, according to the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR.
Data processing will be carried out pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The data will be processed both on paper and by electronic and / or automated means. The data will be stored for a reasonable period of time with respect to the purposes of the processing indicated in point 3, starting from the date of their receipt / update, and in any case not beyond 10 years from the termination of the existing relationship, unless otherwise required by law or until revocation of consent (for treatments that require it).

In case of violation of any provisions of these articles, the data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority.
